Cancellation policy

The Cronus Zens Club is billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your order email, from your customer account, or by emailing biz@cronuszens.com. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month you are in, and your access continues until the end of that month.

Files you receive as a member are digital content and are covered by our Refund Policy. Access to the community, the Studio and support is a service: if you ask us to start it straight away and then cancel within the first 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the part of the period you have already had and refund the rest.

If we close your account for breaking our terms, we do not refund the period you are in. If we stop running the Club, we refund the unused part of anything you have paid. Full details: https://cronuszens.com/legal/refund
