Refund policy

Buying online normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Digital content is different: at checkout you agree that we start supplying it straight away, and once supply starts your right to change your mind ends. If you have downloaded a script, compiled it or loaded it onto your Cronus Zen, you are not entitled to a refund for changing your mind.

This does not affect your rights if something is faulty, does not match how we described it, or is not fit for a purpose you told us about. To make a claim, email biz@cronuszens.com with your order details and what went wrong.
